These guys have great customer service. E-mail responded immediately. Even if my package was very carefully packed with tons of paper bubble, the glass was still broken. They replaced immediately. The shipment is very reasonable, especially if you buy more frames. And the quality of the frame is what you would expect for a $ 15 frame that could be obtained also from Target or Michaels. The difference for me, though, is that it is almost impossible to find 10 x 13 frameseverywhere - and this was a perfect solution for me. I am very happy with the look of this floral silver frame. The main criticism I have is that the wall hanging hardware sold separately, and it was almost impossible to screw the brackets into the frame and the wire was too thick to twist around the handle easily. I ended up going to Home Depot and Sears Hardware and the purchase of a $ 1.99 wall hanging kit and hammered in some mounting brackets on my own. It would have been nice if the frame camecompleted, but the little extra effort was worth the money I saved to buy custom 10 x 13 frames.

This is a brand new 10x13 picture/photo frame (meaning a 10'' x 13'' or a 13'' x 10'' print will fit just right). Solid wood 1.375'' wide and 1'' thick molding with a 0.25'' deep rabbet is covered with a thin layer of gesso and painted antique-silver. It also features protruding floral design touched with patina. One of our oldest designs; available in a few colors, each still popular, already as a vintage-style. This silver variation is smooth and gentle enough to make a design point in the room, yet not attract more attention than the picture itself. Works amazingly with black-and-whites and those old sepia landscapes.
